Tipsy, along with her mom and siblings, was rescued from an abandoned house in Detroit while she was just three weeks old.  Tipsy was fortunate to find warmth, love, and comfort in the arms of our volunteers.  Until she is a little older, and ready to say good-bye to mom, Tipsy is staying with her family at the vet center.

This puppy will be available to go to her "fur"-ever home soon!  If you are interested in getting the process started, you can place an application today.  Once your application is approved, we will ask for a $50 deposit to hold this baby for you until she is ready.
