Introducing Harlie! She is a one year old (birthday June 29, 2016) pit mix. She weighs about 40 lbs. She is crate trained, walks great on a leash, knows basic commands, house broken, spayed, up to date on her shots and, microchipped. She is excellent with kids! (Lots of exposure to two 3yr olds, a 5yr old, a 6 yr old, a 7yr old and an 8 yr old all at the same time) Very friendly, loves to play. Great with every dog she has been introduced to so far (5 so far).  When the other dogs have had enough she leaves them alone. Good with cats (wants to play with them but respects their space). We have had a bunch of people over and she only barked at one person. Very easily corrected with a "be nice" or "no bark". She does best with slow approach but has seemed to warm up to everyone and anyone within a minute or two. She does show signs of being abused but has become very trusting in a few short hours. I think she may have been taken from the abuse quick enough that it may not have a lasting effect.
